On 17/04 there will be a scheduled maintenance. Please note that all realms will be offline from 14:30 until 15:30, Paris time (CEST).I can only assume this is to hotfix 3.1, which as we all know is fairly broken. They are a multitude of issues, the worst of which is Ignis the Furnace Master being totally broken.

So yes, realms are down. Don't put too much money on them being back up again in good time.
